We were able to gain maximum usage in this kicthen by using cantileevered glass shelves where the existing structure allowed it. Above the single Lever faucet and the undermounted sink, we placed a yellow resin sheet to serve as a backsplash and then placed 3 glass shelves to display the clients colorful pottery. The wall of 6"x6" glass tiles ended up serving as a fabulous accent wall in this 350sqft apartment. It allows the kitchen to appear laregr than it actually is. In addition, by extending the cabinetry and countertop slightly outside the original kitchen area we were able to add a much needed 18" dishwasher.
