Enhancing the Value of your Apartment

L&Z Design recently completed the makeover of a small studio apt on 49th street and Lexington Avenue. The 300 sq ft space was in desperate need of massive updates as it had been sitting on a stubburn market for some time. The owner and realestate broker hired L&Z Design to give it a general makeover including kitchen, bathroom, and paint job. The floors were refinished and it was given a very neutral feel. We enhanced the lighting and then purchased new furniture to show buyers how to best outfit the space.

The project was completed within 3 weeks and the total cost was under $25,000. This apartment is within steps of Grand Central Station and is now in perfect condition for anyone looking to maintain a pied de terre. Simple, cost effective improvements go a long way and will hopefully make a new homeowner very happy in the near future.
