East 70th street Kitchen and Bathroom nearing completion

The renovation of a bathroom and kitchen on East 70th street is finally nearing the end. The actual construction and design has run quite smoothly with no major hiccups along the way. The most time consuming aspect of the job had to be getting the Building's architect and COOP Board to agree to the changes. What began as a cosmetic makeover slowly morphed into a slightly bigger job as a wall was removed and a Bar area was created. The design is modern, but not cold. While the average kitchen makeover may cost $30,000, this kitchen and bathroom will be completed for just under $40,000. I was able to ecomomically effective and still produce a quality design. Before and After images should be available by summer's end.
