Over the past eight months L&Z Design has taken on and completed some very exciting projects and we are eager for what lies ahead. The firm recently completed 2 Upper East Side Renovations, a Midtown Loft Design and a Custom Designed Bedroom Set in one of Chelsea's New Luxury Condos. In addition, we have continued to take on smaller jobs where we work within our client's budget to maximize their spaces and organize their clutter. As we forge ahead toward 2009, we have begun a Complete Overhaul of a Duplex Loft in NYC's Famous "Police Building" (240 Center Street) as well as submitting proposals for various other jobs throughout Manhattan. Over the past 4 years we have managed various projects and teamed up with an array of talented Contractors, Upholsterers, Tradesmen, and Design Sources. Having a strong, reliable team has been essential to managing multiple projects at a time. At L&Z Design we go beyond design and make it our goal to rid the client of excess headaches that may occur from incompetent workers and missed deadlines.
Here at L&Z Design we also stay in touch with the various showrooms in and around New York City. If their is a Sample Sale taking place we know about it and we let our client's know about it. While our business ranges from creating interior color schemes, space plans, and renderings, we also scout the City for Furniture Sales and keep a detailed list of what exactly our clients are looking for. It's important for us to know what you want so if we find it we can pass it along to you. This does not pertain to just NYC, it pertains to everyone. If your in California, The Berkshires or Florida, and you need a new carpet...sofa...chandelier please let me know. I will be your eyes and ears.
Another Design service which L&Z offers and will continue to bring to it's clients are digital renderings. Using various computer programs we have managed to create digital renderings (see attached) showing before and after images of your desired space. This has broadened our clientele as we are now able to take photos and floor plans from out-of-town clients and create realistic renderings and designs of what there space can potentially become. For Instance, if a client emails us with a description of their "style", a desired budget, and photos of their space we are now able to design the space using 3 Dimensional imagery and label all of the furniture with actual pieces from various showrooms... all fitting within their desired budget. The client then receives a pdf detailing where to purchase the goods, what paint colors to use as well a rendering showing where each piece will live in the space.
I thank you all for taking the time to read this and I thank you all for your support over the years. please feel free to pass this information on to anyone who may be interested.
